Personal checks are accepted and credit cards accepted.  50% of total including taxes and pet fee are due at time of reservation with balance due 45 days prior to start of your stay.  Holidays have a surcharge and reservations are not confirmed until signed reservation agreement and fee is received.  NO security deposit OR reservation fee!
