As you approach the entrance of this magnificent 1.2 acres private oceanfront estate you can choose to park in front and enter through the elegant front entry staircase or park your car in the garage and enter the home via the elevator which services every floor. Welcome to “Sea Life”; allow us to give you a tour of this exceptional home. As you enter the main level into a grand two story entry foyer you will see 10’ mahogany and glass doors and gleaming solid mahogany floors; in fact these mahogany floors span every level of this estate home. Commanding the attention of all who enter, the sweeping mahogany staircase is the grand centerpiece of the entry foyer. Crafted from the fine, richly-hued wood, the staircase's elegant curves and graceful lines evoke a timeless sense of sophistication and grandeur.

The Main Level of “Sea Life contains an open concept main living, dining and kitchen, an enormous, beautifully furnished sunroom, a separate dining room, a Butler's Pantry and a Theater/Billiard/Bar. Living Room The expansive living room is a stunning showcase of elegant design and luxurious comfort. The room's pièce de résistance may be the striking fireplace, its elegant mantel and crackling flames creating a captivating focal point. This fireplace stretches up to the vaulted ceilings and the entire beach side wall is covered by floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean. This living room radiates warmth and sophistication and is tastefully decorated with several seating vignettes for 14 guests to relax while they socialize and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean vistas just past the enormous covered veranda.

Billiard/Bar Room:  Commanding an entire corner of this level of this stunning oceanfront property, the Billiard/Bar room exudes an air of refined sophistication and unparalleled luxury. From the moment you step inside, your attention is drawn to the striking custom built mahogany bar with its rich, warm tones, underlit onyx bar top, expansive glass shelving and built-in wine glass holders; a captivating focal point. 8 Elegant barstools line the mahogany bar giving the occupants a view of the ocean, all 4 of the TV’s and the pool table. Under bar appliances include 2 sets of Subzero refrigerator drawers. An ice machine and two wine coolers, two sinks, (one with a disposal and one with a spray) and a built in Miele dishwasher, a built in Miele latte/cappucino machine with TV above and a microwave drawer below. Adjacent to the bar, a magnificent pool table takes center stage, its verdant felt-topped surface a lush contrast to the mahogany's rich hues. Cue sticks and balls are neatly arranged nearby, beckoning guests to engage in a friendly game. Not interested in the pool game? That is fine as this room also boasts seating facing a large built in showcase with a large screen tv of it’s own. Strategically placed throughout the bar room are four state-of-the-art television screens, ensuring guests can catch the latest sporting events, news, or entertainment in stunning clarity. Towering bookcases line an entire wall while the soft glow of recessed lighting and the warm, inviting ambiance encouraged guests to linger. The largest of the TVs is here for all to be able to enjoy that one special game. The true showstopper of this room, however, is the breathtaking oceanfront view, visible through the room's expansive windows. Flowing curtains gently frame the stunning panorama, blending the indoor and outdoor environments and creating a sense of seamless integration with the attached outdoor living room.

The Outdoor Living Room: From the moment you cross the threshold into the outdoor screened in living room from the bar room, the breathtaking ocean views take center stage, captivating the senses. At the heart of the room is a grand, stone fireplace, its flames casting a warm, inviting glow that serves as a gathering point for friends and family. Plush, weatherproof sofas and armchairs are arranged around the fireplace, creating a cozy and intimate conversation area perfect for the chilly vacation evenings. Overhead, a 11 foot vaulted ceiling leads to a roof that provides shelter from the sun and inclement weather. This room is flooded with natural light and gentle sea breezes, creating a serene and tranquil ambiance. Carefully placed lighting enhances the cozy atmosphere. The Kitchen: On the opposite end of the main level the kitchen is a masterpiece of form and function, designed with the utmost attention to detail. Gleaming calcutta gold marble and soapstone countertops gleam under the soft glow of the recessed lighting, complementing the custom cabinetry that stretches from floor to ceiling. At the heart of the kitchen are two expansive central islands, their smooth surface providing ample space for meal preparation and entertaining. Covered Veranda:  The kitchen and the living room have large glass & wood doors leading to the covered porch on the main level. On this veranda is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 14, cozy lounge chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy your day at the beach. Sunroom Just off the kitchen is an oceanfront sunroom which is a breathtaking oasis of light and relaxation, occupying a sprawling footprint that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Towering ceilings, punctuated by dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, flood this delightful room with natural illumination, creating an airy, sun-drenched ambiance.

Butler’s Pantry:  Continue through the kitchen to find a Butler’s Pantry conveniently situated between the kitchen and the formal dining room. This Butler’s Pantry has custom built floor to ceiling mahogany cabinetry, with a built-in ice maker, sink with disposal and a Miele dishwasher. Also in this area of the main level you have a grill deck literally just off the kitchen with a gas grill and a pass through window from the kitchen.

The Dining Room:  Soaring ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the dining room space with an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance. At the heart of the room sits an imposing dining table, large enough to accommodate family gatherings or elaborate dinner parties. Expertly crafted from rich, mahogany the table exudes an air of refined sophistication. Eight plush, high-backed chairs surround the table, upholstered in sumptuous fabrics that invite guests to linger and savor each course. Ornate chandeliers hang overhead, casting a warm, inviting glow over the entire scene. This dining room is not merely a place to eat, but a space that exudes sophistication and inviting warmth while enjoying loving conversations and sharing stories from the past.

Laundry Room: There is a large Laundry room off of the hall behind the main kitchen with top of the line washer and dryer and an additional full size refrigerator.

Primary Suite One:  On this level is a one of three primary bedroom suites in “Sea Life” . Stepping into this suite, one is immediately drawn to the cozy and inviting seating area situated in front of a gas fireplace. This intimate nook creates a warm and welcoming retreat within the larger sleeping space which will entice you to a luxurious 4 poster mahogany king bed. The large screen TV is strategically positioned to be easily viewable from the plush, oversized bed, which is dressed in high-quality linens. Continuing on through the suite you will come to a luxuriant bathroom with marble floors, a large glassed in walk-in tiled shower, a luxurious free standing soaking tub, double mahogany vanities and a private lavatory. Soft lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The occupants of this suite will have a private glass door that provides a direct, private entrance to the oceanfront. If you would like to take a private moonlit stroll on the oceanfront you can enjoy the privacy of the exclusive entry door opening to a private wrap-around deck that leads to the wonderful oceanfront outdoor living room with fireplace as well as to your private access to the beach. The transition from the cozy, indoor space to the vast, open expanse of the ocean is seamless and breathtaking.

Second Floor

At the top of the beautiful wood staircase (or via the elevator) you will first see the 2nd floor ocean front family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean with an attached full bath with tile floors and glassed walk-in tile shower and steam function. This oceanfront family room is cozily furnished, has a large TV. As you cross the room through the double French doors you will step out onto a private balcony and be immediately captivated by the breathtaking, panoramic view of the vast ocean stretching out to the horizon. The balcony, tucked away from the main living areas, offers a secluded and exclusive retreat where you can fully immerse yourself in the stunning coastal scenery. The balcony's design is a harmonious blend of form and function, featuring high-quality, weather-resistant furnishings that invite you to sink in and relax. Plush lounge chairs and a Charleston bed swing provide the perfect spot to curl up with a good book, sip on a refreshing beverage, or simply gaze out at the breathtaking views. The balcony's flooring of Brazilian hardwood adds a touch of natural elegance and seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Oceanfront Primary Suite Four: Turn right at the top of the entry curved stairway to the second floor and you come to Primary Suite Four first with queen bed and en-suite full bath featuring tile floors and glassed in tile shower.

Kids Guestroom Three: As you continue you will find yourself coming to the incredible kids room. This room features built-in double bunk beds, each with their own reading lights and an ensuite bath with tile floor and combination tub/shower. Back out to the grand hallway and you will find yet another.....

Primary Suite Two: Which is a mirror image of the Primary Suite on the first floor. When you first step in you see the seating area and gas fireplace, the king bed is next with a large TV then the very large luxurious bath, featuring tile floors, a large walk-in glassed tiled shower, free standing soaking tub, double vanities and private lavatory.

Third Floor

Combining the prime coastal location, the diverse natural setting, the panoramic views, and the overall sense of seclusion and privacy, "Sea Life" guarantees an exceptionally rare vacation. Garage Level

This is how you enter Sea Life via a garage door at the end of the driveway.   Once in you will be in the expansive garage level with room for two vehicles to be parked out of the weather.   You will find the elevator first which can take you to all floors.  There is a luggage cart that will fit into the elevator for ease of unloading into the house.  Next to the elevator is the entrance staircase to the main level coming up into the middle area between the grand front entry way and living room.  On the garage level you will find several doors that lead to a covered patio with two hammocks and then out to the open patio with chairs and wood burning firepit.   On the far left of the covered patio is a large outdoor hot/cold shower where  you can wash off the sand before you enter back into the house or just because at most times of the year here you can use the outdoor shower.  There are also several games you can enjoy here in the garage level out of the sun if you choose with ample area for all.   There is a dart board, shuffle board court, hopscotch for the little ones and corn hole game too.
