Guests will have a hold put on their credit cards for $2500.00 as a security deposit and will be lifted within 4 days after departure as long as there are no damages to the property or contents during your stay.

IF you are reserving through our advertisement on VRBO you will see a "Host Fee" but there is NO "Host Fee". On the VRBO site they call Cleaning and Taxes a "Host Fee" but there is NO Host Fee in that as you will see once you go to reserve and before you pay.
