When we bought our oceanfront house at the end of 2019, it was renting $70-80K per year. We knew that the potential was far greater. However when we spoke with a few rental management companies on Edisto Island, we were told that the potential of the home was probably no more than $120K/year no matter what we did to it.  

We disagreed.

Richard & Mary already knew the home and appreciated the potential that it had. Even in the midst of Covid-19 (and only 7 months of rentals available in 2020 since we were renovating and redecorating all the way through April), they still put together a great first year, exceeding the other companies annual projections of $120K/year in only 7 months. (During Covid!)

In addition to great rental numbers, Richard & Mary put their heart and soul into SeaForever. They know the house inside and out and have great clientele. It is obviously your decision, but I believe you would be making a big mistake if you don’t let Richard & Mary manage your home to see what they can do. I firmly believe you will be very pleased and highly recommend them.
