Has all of the amenities you expect in a beach home and comes with all linens. She is just a very short walk to the beach on highly sought after Point Street with NO paved road to cross to get to the beach! You literally just walk a few steps and you are there! This lovely cottage has been remodeled with a tiled walk in shower, all new kitchen with stone countertop and stainless steel appliances, large TV; nautical furnishings and all the comforts of a vacation home. Pets are considered based upon breed, size, etc. Non-refundable pet fee is per dog, and dogs only.
