5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, Elevator, 2 large covered ocean facing decks, 1 sundeck off of 3rd floor facing the ocean, 3 island facing balconies, expansive open floor plan for family room, kitchen and dining with oceanfront views,
2 Master Suites: The 1st of which is on the main living area floor with ensuite bath and private entry to oceanfront deck. The entire first floor has tile flooring. The 2nd master is on the next level also with ensuite bath and private entry to another oceanfront deck.
3 more bedrooms on 2nd floor, one facing the ocean with oceanfront views and has it's own private entrance to a large covered ocean facing porch .This one shares a full bath (jack & Jill style) with one of the island view bedrooms. The last bedroom faces the island and has a private ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd Level of this home has all tile flooring and is a gathering / game/media room with several arcade style game consoles and a large shuffleboard game. The third floor has it's own full bath, a large ocean facing sundeck and an island facing sundeck and some sleeping arrangements as well on this floor.
Covered parking under the house, a hot and cold outdoor shower, and just a short stroll or if you decide to rent one, a very quick golf cart ride to the beach access.
All this plus much more in this private, gated subdivision just a 5 minute ride to the Town of Edisto Beach and all it has to offer.
Jeremy Cay subdivision, is a private gated community that has tastefully been made to fit into the existing landscape and not bulldozed and then replanted. There are only two true beach front properties in Jeremy Cay and that's because Mother Nature decided that it was happening! The rest of the subdivision uses beach accesses to get to the beach via walking, bikes or golf carts. The main beach access happens to be VERY close to Lowcountry Living!
Lowcountry Living's lot goes all the way to the ocean but is not direct oceanfront, meaning you cannot walk straight out to the beach from this home. There is no other property in front of this home and you have the privacy of a seawall and a pond between the house and the beach. We have a linen package you can add for $140 which includes beds made up, linens for beds, bath towels and kitchen towels.
