Earlier in 2024 owners put a new back deck on, they are upping the sleeping accommodations to 12 in beds, adding new dining room furniture, which will be coming very soon! Other updates planned as well!  All this should be in place by end of summer 2024.

She is located in the highly desirable Point Street area with access (and gorgeous views) to the Sound beach and all of it's wonderful peacefulness and tranquility.

Bring the family; we offer 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and we will sleep a total of 12 in beds by end of summer 2024.

When you enter our home you are welcomed by our bright spacious kitchen perfect for vacation!

Have the entire family get together and prepare that great lowcountry meal that you never have time to cook back home and sit down at our large dining room table and enjoy it. There are two refrigerators upstairs! Our kitchen, dining room and family room all have a beautiful tranquil view of the Sound.

Enjoy that book (or favorite magazine) you've been wanting to read on your screen porch or go on to one of the two sundecks and relax on one of the lounge chairs and take a nap. It's your vacation!

Take the kids to play on the beach and afterward come back and take a hot shower in the outdoor shower room; the kids love it (the adults do also)!

Like to host cookouts? On our main level we have yet another large porch with a custom made table to seat the entire family while you have a fun cookout. Afterward play a game of Bocci or football; our yard is large enough for all of it! Need some wind down time? No problem; we have a TV in every bedroom!

Before you know it the day is over but the good news is tomorrow you can do it all again. Welcome to your vacation home; enjoy!

TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEEKLY RATES YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE SUNDAY - SUNDAY. IF THAT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU THEN WE WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU AT THE NIGHTLY RATE IF WE POSSIBLY CAN. Rates quoted in the seasonal rate section are the base rates charged for that corresponding season. We reserve the right to change the rates at any time before you book your stay. Rates quoted do not include cleaning fee, SC accommodations taxes, pet fees (if any) or insurance waiver. Your total cost of your vacation at the beach is calculated for you when you go to book your vacation and before you pay. Pets are considered based upon breed, size, etc. Non-refundable pet fee is per dog, and dogs only. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit and sent back your signed Reservation Agreement. Quotes are only good for 1 day!
